Hi Wendell Families- Winston Pierce calling from Wendell Elementary.

 

*Families have received information through a WCPSS letter detailing the Title 1 School Improvement and Public School Choice that will affect Wendell Elementary during the 2007-2008 school year.

 

*This information was referenced in School Messenger announcements over the last week to let families know that there was an information session scheduled for yesterday, Wednesday, August 8th at 9:30am. Unfortunately, the letters were not mailed in time for most families to receive written notification about yesterday's meeting, so I will offer the same information session again tomorrow, Friday, August 10th at 2:30pm in the Wendell Media Center.

 

*Title 1 School Improvement/Public School Choice Information Session has been scheduled for Friday, August 10th at 2:30pm in the media center. Information about No Child Left Behind, Title 1, AYP and Public School Choice will be shared and I will do my best to answer any questions at the conclusion of the meeting.
