Congratulations to our Battle of the Books participants!
On Monday, April 21, we held our first ever Battle of the Books competition at Wendell. Twenty four 4th- and 5th-grade students and 2 teachers battled out questions from the books on this year's list. Each of these students read at least 6 books over the past three months! They did a fantastic job reading, coming up with questions, working in teams, and competing gracefully against one another. Congratulations to our winners, Team B!
