School Messenger:

The school will send out automated phone messages throughout the school year to remind families of school events, changes in school schedules and other important information. If you are not receiving these phone messages, please update your phone number with Bobbie Sue Rudder, NC Wise Data Manager so that you can keep informed about Wendell Elementary.

November 8, 2009 School Messenger - Reminders for Wendell Families:

  • Tuesday, November 10th- Book Fair for Families 5:30-8:00pm; Family Math Night 6:30-7:30pm
  • Wednesday, November 11th- Veteran's Day Holiday- No School for Students or Staff
  • Thursday, November 12th- Magnet Open House Tours and Information Sessions at 10:00am and 1:00pm
  • Friday, November 13th- Last day for Spirit Wear Orders

WCPSS and Wake County Human Services are carefully monitoring the flu situation and will keep parents and the public updated. H1N1 information is available to parents in the “Back to School” section of the WCPSS internet http://www.WCPSS.net/swineflu/
